Echo Investment will build at the crossroad of Swobodna and Borowska Streets a modern office-retail complex called Aquarius Business House. The investment will consist of two 7-storey buildings offering approximately 25 000 sqm of office space for lease. The project will be realized in two phases: the first will end in October 2012, while the second one is scheduled for February 2014.
