The construction works of the West 4 Business Hub office building in Wrocław are on schedule. The official completion of the first stage of the investment is planned at the end of this summer.
The five-story office building located at Na Ostatnim Groszu Street will offer over 15,500 sq m of rentable office space. Construction commenced at the beginning of 2019 and now the facade of the property is almost finished. Fit-out and finishing works are conducted inside the building, whereas road works are carried out around the property.
West 4 Business Hub is located near tram stations, including fast tram no. 33, as well as numerous bus stations.
