Porta Mare is the first class A office building in Elblag, localized in the area of Wyspa Spichrzow, which will provide 11,000 sq m of total usable space. Porta Mare offers over 7,500 sq m of modern office space. Retail spaces will be available on the ground floor and will be accessible both from the side of Warszawska Street and the Elblag river bank. Apart hotel function is planned on the top floor of the building. Tenants will have at their disposal 111 underground parking spaces, as well as bicycle racks, lockers and showers for cyclists. The architectural design of Porta Mare aims to identify the building with the area's former granary development, while creating an attractive public waterfront area around it.
Porta Mare will be built in the area of Wyspa Spichrzow in Elblag along Warszawska Street. From the east the building will face the Elblag river bank, which separates the investment from the city's Old Town. The close vicinity of the Old Town provides tenants of the building with access to a wide range of amenities in the area.
