Another tenant for Business Garden

Cognex will open its new headquarters in Business Garden in Wrocław

Cognex, one of the world's largest suppliers of vision systems, has leased nearly 500 sq m in the F building of Business Garden in Wrocław. The company will move to its new headquarters in October of this year. JLL experts advised Cognex in the process of searching for a new office and negotiating lease terms.

"Our unique concept of innovative business parks in Poland has been a great success. Open complexes in Wrocław, Warsaw and Poznań are very popular among tenants. Cognex is another international, renowned company that has decided to open its headquarters in Business Garden”, says Marek Ulanecki, Leasing Manager, Vastint Poland.

Cognex is one of the world's largest suppliers of vision systems, vision sensors and industrial code readers. Cognex vision solutions help users to improve the quality of their products, eliminate production errors and reduce production costs.

"One of the main criteria for choosing our new office was the location. Because Business Garden complex is located on one of the city's main thoroughfares, it is well-served by public transport. So the rest of Wrocław is within easy reach of the complex. An additional advantage of this location is that it's close to the largest shopping and entertainment centre in Lower Silesia - Magnolia Park", comments Michał Molenda, District Sales Manager, Cognex.

Business Garden Wrocław is a modern office park which eventually will comprise nine buildings with a total office space of 117,000 sq m. The second stage of the development is currently underway – six buildings with an area of over 76,000 sq m. The first stage of the development, commissioned in 2017 and including building F, was recently sold by Vastint Poland to ISOC Group. The project is LEED certified at the Platinum level. The complex includes a restaurant pavilion and a garden. In the near future, with the tenants’ comfort in mind, a kindergarten, a medical facility and an additional canteen will be opened as well.

Demand for multifunctional office complexes is a growing trend. Business Park, which is located on seven hectares, will provide its tenants with many amenities. An interesting concept is the restaurant pavilion located in green surroundings which is separate from the complex and open to the general public. Despite its size, the green areas and low-rise buildings gives Business Garden the feel of an intimate complex. This has certainly contributed to its popularity.
