Ashland Poland will lease almost 1100 sqm in Atrium Centrum, a modern office building in the heart of Warsaw. Ashland was represented by JLL Poland in the lease negotiation process. The owner of the building is CPI Property Group Poland.
Ashland Global Specialty Chemicals Inc. is a worldwide manufacturer and supplier of applied chemistry, operating in over 100 countries. The affiliate in Poland will soon move to Atrium Centrum which is located in close proximity to the metro.
"We have decided to relocate our office to a new location in the centre of the city. Numerous amenities in the immediate vicinity, as well as the proximity of the metro and other public transport options, are the main factors that convinced us to rent office space in Atrium Centrum", says Anna Izwantowska, HR Business Partner, Ashland Specialty Ingredients EMEA.
Atrium Centrum is a modern office building which offers approx.17,400 sqm of leasable office space. The building provides its tenants with 209 underground parking spaces. The building’s elegant glass atrium accommodates the main reception area as well as retail and service premises such as a pharmacy, medical centre, restaurant, café, and shops. The Atrium Centrum building is located in the heart of the Central Business District, on Jana Pawła II Avenue. The location provides a range of connections with the rest of the city as it is well-served by public transport: the ONZ metro station, numerous tram and bus lines.
