Aviareps will lease space in the newly modernised LIFE Building office building, formerly the Atrium Tower, owned by Austrian company VIG FUND. The travel industry leader is relocating its office to the modern LIFE Building space, where it will lease 185.96 sqm of gross space. JLL Polska is responsible for the full commercialisation of the LIFE Building, while Biuro Na Miarę represented the tenant, Aviareps, in the negotiation process.

The modern 13-storey office complex LIFE Building, formerly Atrium Tower, is located in the centre of Warsaw, at 25 Jana Pawła II Avenue. Thanks to its central location, the building is perfectly communicated, with a short distance from the second metro line, bus and tram stops. Its total floor area is 11,870 thousand square metres. The building is currently undergoing modernisation, which has already seen the second floor of the skyscraper refurbished with a LIFE_executive lounge and a LIFE_terrace - ideal places to meet with colleagues, relax or network.
