Benefit Systems S.A. with a new Fitness Academy club in Bema Plaza

Benefit Systems S.A. has leased over 1,100 sq m of space in Bema Plaza in Wrocław, where this year, a new modern fitness club Fitness Academy will be opened. The landlord was supported by JLL Poland, the exclusive agent responsible for the commercialization of the building.

Fitness Academy is one of the fitness chains owned by Benefit Systems, which is the largest operator of fitness clubs in Poland. The chain is present in south-western Poland and currently has 18 clubs - 16 in Wrocław and one in Opole as well as Zgorzelec. The chain’s operator places the highest emphasis on the high availability of professional training environments for the local communities, as well as wide range of training opportunities and assistance provided by qualified and experienced coaching staff supported by tools based on new technologies. Fitness Academy's distinctive feature is its focus on following the needs and expectations of its customers, in line with the motto “Move the way you like”.

Bema Plaza is a modern class A office building located at 2 Bema Square in Wrocław. It offers to tenants 28,000 sqm of rentable office space located on 7 overground levels. It provides also the car park with approx. 400 parking spaces, located on two levels of the underground garage, as well as an internal parking space for cyclists located on level -1 of the building. Currently the office building is undergoing a modernization of all reception areas and presents a refreshing and modern image. The building's internal public patio is also undergoing a transformation and will gain plenty of additional greenery, picnic space and relax areas for tenants.
