Kapelanka 42B is a building that meets the needs of modern organisations, both in terms of technical specification and the location, which is well connected with the city centre via public transportation. We are delighted to have been able to support Dassault Systèmes in extending their lease. The negotiated terms not only provide the client with stability, but also substantial savings and flexibility for years to come. This is an example of a transaction in which the interests of both parties – the tenant and the property owner – have been successfully aligned.
During the negotiations, Dassault Systèmes was represented by JLL, while on the client side, the transaction was coordinated by Steffen Briese, CRE Director at 3DS. The landlord was represented by Monika Tkacz (Leasing Director) and Paweł Choiński (Asset Manager) from REINO. The client was also supported by advocate Tomasz Roszczyc from the law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel, who provided legal assistance during the negotiations process.
