Tri-City, 9 March 2016 – Deltamarin, a Finnish naval architecture firm, has decided to renew its lease agreement and select additional space in the BCB Business Park office complex in Gdańsk. In total, the company will occupy approx. 950 sq m in building B1.
JLL once again advised the tenant on the negotiation of lease terms.
Jadwiga Sztelwander-Zięba, General Manager Deputy, Engineering Manager, Deltamarin Poland, comments: “In co-operation with JLL, we decided to have a look at the Tri-City office market while negotiating with BCB. Ultimately, we decided to stay in our current office due to its convenient location and the flexibility of the landlord, who recognizes and accepts our expectations that formed during our time at the business park”.
The BCB Business Park is located in Gdańsk Rębiechowo, in close proximity to the Lech Wałęsa Airport and the Tri-City bypass, as well as the A1 motorway. The investor of the complex is Bałtyckie Centrum Biznesu Sp. z o.o. B1 building offers 9,250 sq m of office space and is the first phase of the BCB Business Park complex. Both employees and guests have over 300 parking bays at their disposal along with a canteen and conference rooms. When completed, BCB Business Park will provide over 50,000 sq m of office space.
