The needs that employees and clients of law firms have regarding the location of main headquarters differ from the requirements of standard office users. In the case of Dentons' choice of Elektrownia Powiśle, the building's location in the modern and dynamically developing Powiśle district was crucial, as well as the amenities that the complex and its surroundings offer. Excellent location, proximity to the metro, abundant parking spaces, and access to a terrace – all of this influenced the decision to remain in the current office for years to come, while increasingly effectively adapting the previously rented space to their needs.

Extending the lease agreement at Elektrownia Powiśle aligns with Dentons' long-term development strategy in Poland. Elektrownia Powiśle combines a prestigious location, excellent infrastructure, and unique character of space, which allows us to provide the team with comfort conducive to collaboration and creativity, while consistently achieving our business goals.” – says Jakub Celiński, managing partner of Dentons in Poland.

EC Powiśle is a modern office-residential-commercial complex built on the site of the historic Powiśle Power Plant – Warsaw's first power plant, launched in 1904. The project combines newly constructed buildings with carefully restored post-industrial structures, creating a space with unique character and atmosphere. Industrial architecture in a modern edition perfectly complements the urban landscape of downtown Warsaw, while the intimate atmosphere and green surroundings make this place exceptional despite its central location. All office buildings belonging to the complex ensure high finishing standards, flexible interior arrangement possibilities, 24-hour security, and prestigious receptions. Ground floors of the buildings house commercial premises, and tenants have access to two independent underground parking garages with a total of over 680 parking spaces, of which over 350 are directly allocated to the office section. Green gardens are planned on the rooftops of some buildings, serving as relaxation zones for employees.

The location at 4 Zajęcza Street, in direct proximity to the Vistula River, the University of Warsaw’s Library, and the Copernicus Science Centre, guarantees excellent transport accessibility. The M2 metro station – Copernicus Science Centre – is located right next door, and numerous bus stops are nearby. Thanks to the proximity of the Świętokrzyski Bridge, the complex has quick connection to Warsaw's right bank. Car travel to Central Station takes approximately 10 minutes, and to Chopin Airport – approximately 20 minutes.
