Warsaw, 13 May 2015 – DNB Bank Polska, a member of Norway's largest financial group DNB, has signed a lease agreement renewal for over 3,600 sq m in the office building Marynarska Point ² in Warsaw. JLL, the international advisory company, represented the tenant in the transaction.
Izabela Ciszewska, Consultant, Tenant Representation JLL, commented: “DNB Bank Polska has decided to stay in the Marynarska Point ² building due to its convenient location and good access to public transport. The company is in the process of office refurbishment and space rearrangement to meet its needs for creating a modern and employee-friendly environment."
Marynarska Point ², owned by GLL, offers ca. 13 000 sq m of office space. A three-level car park for 265 cars is available to employees. Among the scheme's biggest advantages is its location, which is well-served by public transport, and is in close proximity to Warsaw's Chopin Airport.
The office building was commissioned for use in 2008.
