Fuel Sector Leader Stays at Libra Business Centre

The largest tenant of Libra Business Centre extends its lease in the building. Owned by VIG FUND, the office building has been the headquarters of the company, one of Poland's largest fuel sector enterprises, since 2014. JLL Poland represented VIG FUND in the transaction, while Deloitte Legal provided legal advisory to VIG FUND.

The tenant, one of the largest independent fuel sector companies in Poland, was represented by the consulting firm CBRE in the transaction. The lease renegotiation process involved: Katarzyna Żyluk, Daria Grochowska-Stankiewicz, Rafał Wdowczyk, and Adrian Shereni. MVGM was responsible for managing fit-out works within the premises.

After 10 years of leasing space in Libra Business Centre, the current tenant has decided to stay in the building. We are pleased with this decision as it confirms the high quality and prestige of the building, which, thanks to its convenient location, serves as an excellently connected point on Warsaw's business map. It allows easy access to the city center and other parts of the city, while also being close to the airport and Warsaw West railway station. The owner of Libra Business Centre is definitely committed to continuously improving the quality of the offered spaces, and the office building itself is characterized by comfortable, well-lit offices.

– „As an advisor to VIG FUND, I am glad that thanks to good and efficient cooperation of all parties involved in the lease extension process, it was possible to ensure a stable and satisfactory relationship for both parties for the coming years.” – says Jan Bagatela, legal counsel at Deloitte Legal.

– „We thank all business partners involved in the project, with special recognition to JLL, MVGM, and CBRE. We are pleased to note that tenants positively evaluate the standard of office space offered in Libra Business Centre, which turns into their willingness to enter into and extend long-term lease agreements in this location.” – mówi Manuel Simon, Head of Investment Real Estate VIG Fund.

Libra Business Centre is a Class A office complex, excellently located in the south-western part of Warsaw, in the first line of development along Jerozolimskie Avenue. The location on one of the city's main arteries ensures quick access to the city center. The building's excellent visibility allows for prominent logo exposure for clients, and the upper floors of Libra Business Centre offer a unique view of Warsaw's panorama. The main advantages of the complex's location include proximity to the Aleje Jerozolimskie railway station for SKM and WKD trains, which provide access to the city center within minutes, and quick access to Okęcie airport.

The Libra Business Centre building was designed with ergonomics in mind and considering the principles of a healthy office. The main emphasis in its concept was placed on the functionality of architecture - the possibility of efficient and flexible space arrangement. Large floor-to-ceiling glass surfaces with openable windows on each of the 8 floors of the building provide excellent lighting for the office space. The division of a typical floor is possible for up to four tenants while maintaining individual entrances from the elevator hall.
