GSK takes on more space in Adgar Wave

The global company stays in business Mokotów and takes additional space in BeYOURSeLF, a hybrid lease formula in the Adgar Wave office building.

GSK, a science-led global healthcare company, has renewed its lease agreement in the Adgar Wave office building in Warsaw where it occupies more than 4,000 sq m. In addition, due to its rapid development, the tenant has decided to take on additional space in BeYOURSeLF which offers a hybrid lease formula, owned by the building’s landlord. Experts from JLL international advisory advised GSK on renegotiations, expansion, and preparation of its long-term lease strategy.

GSK is one of the leading international companies that specializes in research and development of new drugs and vaccines, as well as the marketing and sale of medication, vaccines, dermo-cosmetics, dietary supplements and oral hygiene products.

The building's location means that is well-served by both road and public transport.
