HB Reavis to entrust JLL with management of West Station I

WARSAW, 29 September 2016 – HB Reavis has selected the JLL advisory firm as the Property Manager of West Station I in Warsaw. JLL will be responsible for maintaining the best and most efficient relations with tenants and supervising the technical, operational and administrative aspects of the building.

West Station I is the first phase of a modern office complex which will ultimately consist of two 14-floor buildings with a total office space totalling 68,000 sq m. Modern technological solutions, a focus on the comfort of tenants, eye-catching architecture and excellent location are the most distinguishing traits of West Station. Tenants and their guests will have 1,100 parking bays at their disposal. The investment is developed in accordance with the principles of sustainable building and in compliance with BREEAM Excellent certification requirements. Companies from the PKP Group are the main tenants of West Station I.

A great advantage of West Station is its location on Aleje Jerozolimskie Street and its close proximity to Warszawa Zachodnia bus and railway station. Furthermore, such a location adjacent to one of Warsaw's main communication arteries provides excellent communication with other parts of the city. Its proximity to numerous bus and tram stops as well as suburban railway stations provides the tenants with additional transport options.
