Companies from the business services sector constitute one of the driving forces behind the dynamic development of the office market, and buoyant local labor markets in major Polish cities. These companies are some of the most demanding investors, whether in relation to their recruitment requirements, locations for new business projects, or the quality of office space. So we are very glad that we will be actively working with ABSL for another year, co-operating closely with the representatives of the business services industry and advising them on the best strategies for developing their business

JLL has been cooperating with ABSL since the organization's inception.

“We have been cooperating with JLL for almost a decade. Their experts have been supporting us with their knowledge and experience since the very early days of ABSL. Analysis of the real estate market is crucial for the development of business services in Poland. This is now especially the case with the increasing availability of A-class office spaces that play a key role for investors which are looking at launching their operation centers in Poland. We are delighted to have the support of JLL’s expertise in this area”, says Piotr Dziwok, ABSL President.

JLL is a leader in representing companies from the business services sector on the office market. Indeed JLL was the first real estate consulting company that recognized the sector's potential to become one of the fastest growing branches of the modern economy. Last year, experts from JLL took part in lease transactions totalling approx. 100,000 sq m of space, signed by business services companies. It co-operated with IBM, UBS, Cisco, Standard Chartered Bank (a new investor on both the Warsaw and Polish market), Accenture, Olympus (a new investor in Wrocław), Clariant, Ricoh, AstraZeneca, Foss (a new investor in Warsaw), Dentons EMEA Business Services, among others.

In the last four years, the volume of lease transactions concluded by companies from the BPO/SSC sector, with the participation of JLL, amounted to 500,000 sq m. During this period, experts from JLL represented Shell in the lease of 36,000 sq m of space at DOT Office in Kraków, advised on the consolidation and relocation of Samsung's R&D centre to Warsaw Spire (21,000 sq m) and the arrival of JP Morgan in Poland - the investment bank leased almost 16,000 sq m in Atrium Garden in Warsaw.
