JLL Poland joined the group of companies associated by ABSL that signed the Diversity & Inclusion Declaration. It is a set of good practices that ABSL member organizations commit themselves to follow, by the principle of equal treatment in the workplace, based on gender, age, disability, race, religion, nationality, ethnic origin, political beliefs, membership of the LGBTQ+ community (sexual orientation, gender identity), a form of employment, and other grounds of exclusion. Creating diverse cultures in the workplace is one of JLL's priorities, which is why we joined this initiative with great pride and joy. We always do our best to take care of an environment where all our employees, business partners, and customers can feel welcome and valued.
