Wrocław, 3 February 2016 – International advisory firm JLL has been selected as the sole leasing agent for the Komandorska 12 office building in Wrocław. Experts from JLL are now responsible for acquiring tenants and the negotiation of lease terms on behalf of PZU Inwestycje, the scheme’s investor.

Komandorska 12 is a modern, A- class office project that is being developed in accordance with the requirements of LEED Gold certification. Its total leasable area will amount to approx. 4,000 sq m on six floors above ground. A great advantage of the office scheme is its central location in close proximity to the cross section of Piłsudskiego and Powstańców Śląskich Streets, and is just a five -minute walk from the railway station and a ten- minute walk from the Market Square. In addition, the office building is in the vicinity of a shopping mall, numerous cinemas, theaters, hotels and restaurants. Such a location guarantees excellent access to public transportation including bus and tram lines as well as regional rail. Furthermore, the airport is just 12 km from the project.
