JLL, leader in the commercial property market, has been granted exclusive rights to commercialise the Olimpia Software Pool building in Łódź. The property belongs to EPOL Holding, which has already begun its modernisation. Soon, electric car chargers will be installed in front of the building, the lighting will be replaced with energy-efficient LED lighting, and motion sensors will be installed, which will significantly improve the building's energy efficiency. A gazebo will be built in the park adjacent to the building, which will serve as a place for relaxation and meetings for the building's tenants. A renovation of the facade is planned for the autumn, which will refresh and emphasise the modern character of the building while preserving its historical context.
