WARSAW, 4 November 2016 – Mateusz Polkowski has been appointed Head of Research and Consulting at JLL Poland. He will manage a team of seven analysts – all experts in the area of commercial real estate.
Mateusz Polkowski has worked for JLL since 2007. He is the author and co-author of numerous research and advisory reports, feasibility studies and other well-known reports for companies such as Skanska, Echo Investment, Ghelamco, Hines, Penta and HB Reavis, as well as JLL publications connected with the commercial real estate market, its trends and forecasts. Mateusz's main competence areas include specialist office market analyses and co-operation with the business services sector. He has over 15 years' experience on the commercial real estate market, gained both on the side of the developer, and the advisory company. Mateusz graduated from Real Estate University in Warsaw with a specialization in Property Management. Furthermore, he also holds the title of LEED Green Associate.

As Head of Research and Consulting, Mateusz Polkowski will replace Anna Bartoszewicz-Wnuk, who has been appointed to a new role within the company’s structure – Head of Workplace Advisory.
