mFinanse S.A. has extended its current lease at the LIFE_Building in Warsaw and expanded its office space. As of July this year, the mBank Group company will occupy a total of 350 sqm in the prestigious building owned by VIG Fund. During the transaction, VIG Fund was represented by JLL, the exclusive leasing agent for LIFE_Building, while Deloitte Legal provided legal advisory services.
mFinanse S.A. is one of the key companies within the mBank Group, specializing in professional financial intermediation. The company has operated in the market since 2009, initially under the name Aspiro, and has been known as mFinanse since October 2016. It offers comprehensive financial brokerage services for both individual and business clients, with a focus on mortgage loans, cash loans, and corporate financing. Thanks to its strong organizational support and experience stemming from its affiliation with mBank, mFinanse provides access to a wide range of financial services and products tailored to individual client needs. For years, the company has occupied over 200 sqm in the LIFE_Building near av. Jana Pawła II 25 in Warsaw. As part of the lease renewal, it has decided to expand its space by nearly 100 sqm.
