Orlen Synthos Green Energy sp. z o. o. increases space and stays longer in Q22

Orlen Synthos Green Energy sp. z o.o. has expanded its office in the Q22 building. The company, which specializes in implementing small modular nuclear reactors (SMR) in Poland, has taken additional space on the 27th floor of the office building and simultaneously extended the term of its current lease on the 26th floor. In total, OSGE's office will now occupy 2,200 sqm. JLL brokered the transaction and also provided support for technical supervision of the space renovation and construction works.

Orlen Synthos Green Energy sp. z o. o. (OSGE) is an innovative joint venture created by two leading Polish companies: ORLEN S.A., a leader in the energy and fuel sector, and Synthos Green Energy S.A., a company established to develop and implement zero-emission technologies and electricity production from renewable sources. The company focuses on implementing small modular nuclear reactors (SMR) using BWRX-300 technology, contributing to the effective decarbonization of the power industry, heating sector, and industry.

Q22 is a modern, prestigious office building located in the center of Warsaw, at the intersection of Jana Pawła II Avenue and Grzybowska Street. The building, completed in 2016, is one of the most recognizable office buildings in Poland. The building was designed by the renowned Kuryłowicz & Associates studio and is an example of an innovative approach to sustainable construction. Q22 was designed with ecology and energy efficiency in mind. It holds a BREEAM certificate at the "Excellent" level.

An additional advantage of Q22 is its excellent location, providing easy access to public transportation, including metro, trams, and buses. Nearby are numerous hotels, restaurants, and shopping centers, making it an attractive place for both work and business meetings.
