Polenergia Fotowoltaika, Polenergia Sprzedaż and Polenergia eMobility will join the group of tenants of Lakeside, a modern office building in Warsaw's Mokotów district. The companies, which are part of Poland's largest private energy group, will lease a total of around 3,500 square metres in the building owned by ATENOR. Polenergia eMobility will launch a 150 kW electric car charging station at Lakeside.
Lakeside is a state-of-the-art building, which during the construction phase was already awarded a BREEAM green certificate at the highest Outstanding level and a WELL certificate at the Gold level. With an area of approximately 23,844 square metres, Lakeside will be equipped with a wide range of amenities, such as a dining area including a café, full infrastructure for cyclists and charging stations for electric vehicles, i.e. cars, bicycles and electric scooters.
Thanks to its favourable location in Warsaw's Mokotów district, Lakeside will be perfectly connected - a very close proximity to the M1 Służew and Wilanowska metro stations, many bus and tram stops near the building, and numerous bicycle paths in the area are additional advantages of the project.
Once open, the Lakeside building will become one of the most prestigious office addresses in Warsaw. The location in the green Mokotów district, the exceptional views out of its windows, excellent transport links, modern interiors and practical amenities - these are undoubtedly the assets that attract tenants to Lakeside. At the same time, the building has already been awarded the highest level of green certificates, which definitely contributes to its attractiveness in the eyes of companies for whom such issues are extremely important, as in the case of Polenergia Group.
Three companies belonging to Polenergia, Poland's largest private energy group, will move into the building. These will include employees of Polenergia Fotowoltaika, Polenergia Sprzedaż and Polenergia eMobility, which will build a 150 kW external electric vehicle charging station with two charging points on the property.
During the negotiation process, Polenergia Group companies were assisted by CBRE, while ATENOR was represented by JLL.
- Polenergia is growing at a very fast pace. The companies in our Group are expanding their teams, which every day carry out activities supporting the decarbonisation of the Polish economy. The Lakeside building, to which a large part of Polenergia's employees will have the pleasure to move into, is a response to the growing demand on our part. We believe that thanks to the new, friendly and BREEAM-certified space, we will be even more effective in implementing the green transformation. - says Piotr Maciołek, Member of the Management Board of Polenergia S.A.
The investment stands out thanks to its view on the park and the lake, where the contact with nature will provide solace during a busy day at work. PORR is the general contractor for the building. Lakeside owes its architecture to the design of Group 5 Architects. The exclusive agent, responsible for the commercialisation of the building, is the international consulting firm JLL.
- I am very pleased that we were able to advise Polenergia Group in the selection of its new office. The process was a big challenge for us, both because of the client's specific requirements regarding the preferred location and the assumption of consolidating the Group's companies from three locations. Polenergia wanted their headquarters to be located in a modern building in Warsaw's Mokotów district, where there is currently a very limited number of new investments. In addition, the new office had to fit in with the identity and business operations of our client, which uses innovative solutions and products based on clean, green renewable energy. I believe that the well-located, modern and green Leakside office building aligns perfectly with these ideas. - says Katarzyna Żyluk, Associate Director, Office Agency, CBRE.
