Shell Business Operations Krakow with a new office

Shell Business Operations Krakow – a centre supporting operations of one of the largest companies in the world, will move to the brand new office complex DOT Office at Czerwone Maki Street in Krakow. Moving to the new office will start at the beginning of 2016.

New offices will have the surface area of 22 thousand square meters in three buildings and additional space in the fourth one. Shell Business Operations team will be working in the new office, with higher standards and a number of facilities such as car park, bike path, public transport. It was important for Shell that the buildings are “green” and user-friendly, designed accordingly to the newest trends in sustainable construction.

The lease agreement, signed between Shell Polska and BUMA Group,is of the highest value in the history of real estate in Krakow. Advisors from JLL have actively supported Shell in the process of finding property and negotiations.

DOT Office is being built at Czerwone Maki Street in Krakow. BUMA Group is the investor, and Meduse Group the author of the architectural plan. DOT Office will be certified in the BREEAM system at the “very good” level.

Anna Młyniec- We wanted to find modern, well communicated office and negotiate maximum flexibility of the lease agreement. It was crucial in terms of planning Shell’s expansion – says Anna Młyniec, Regional Director at JLL.

Shell Business Operations Krakow has been supporting global operations of Royal Dutch Shell for the last 10 years. The Krakow team of 2,300 specialists and experts is responsible for supporting Shell’s operations in such areas as: finance, accounting, human resources, supplies, contracting and procurement, customer service, and IT.
