Warsaw, 28 October 2015 – Three companies have recently joined the group of tenants in the SPEKTRUM Tower office building in Warsaw. Office HUB – a provider of instant office services, Deininger Consulting – an international executive search company, and Finip Group representing TOP FOREX brand in Poland, have leased 1,450 sq m.
Experts from international advisory firm JLL represented Europa Capital LLP, the building’s owner, and WX Management Services Sp. z o.o. during the negotiation of lease terms.
Zuzanna Kowalczyk, Consultant at Office Agency at JLL says: “The building’s location and access to public transport are crucial advantages for tenants conducting numerous business meetings with clients, especially for companies from the advisory segment. The SPEKTRUM Tower office building is located in very close proximity to the Metro Station, bus and tram stops, the Fast City Rail and the Central Railway station, thus meeting both of these requirements. During the selection process, the tenants also focused on parameters such as the building’s high technical standard – it recently underwent a major refurbishment – as well as a wide range of services located in the scheme. The huge interest in office space within SPEKTRUM Tower among tenants proves that re-modernized projects seem to be an interesting alternative for newly-developed schemes.”

SPEKTRUM Tower, located at Twarda 18 Street, is a 122-metre high modern office building offering over 28,000 sq m of modern office space. Furthermore, the building offers a Nextbike station located near its main entrance as well as a special zone dedicated to cyclists. In addition, tenants also have 314 parking places at their disposal. The building underwent a thorough refurbishment including installations, lobby and greenery arrangement as well as an adjustment to the requirements of green certification.
As a result, the building has been BREEAM certified.
