A good location is what tenants and employees of large international companies ask for. More often than not, the address of a potential employer is increasingly important in a prospective employee's decision to accept or reject a particular employment offer. It's no wonder then that offices, predominantly located in the heart of the city and well-served by public transport, are highly valued. Furthermore, such locations are also in areas which have a wide range of shops and entertainment
