The second edition of a Property Walk organized by the association of Women in Real Estate in Poland (WIREP) will take place on 30 November. The event is sponsored by Tétris and JLL.
The participants will have an opportunity to visit some of the most interesting offices built in Warsaw in 2016: JLL, Wyborowa Pernod Ricard and Stanley Black&Decker. The meeting will be accompanied by presentations on the latest trends in arranging interiors, including the new workplace strategy (JLL) and good practices in fit-out projects management (Tétris).
Places visited in this year’s edition are a great example of how to plan and design the office, which should meet the workers’ needs and reflect the corporate culture at the same time: from the biggest European office of JLL (Warsaw Spire building), which design is full of modern Polish motives; through energetic and colorful interiors of Stanley Black & Decker (Proximo building); to the new „professional home” of Wyborowa Pernod Ricard (Lumen building), identified by exceptionally arranged conference rooms in the style of particular brands of alcohol.

Property Walk is a kind of event that lets you touch the core of our daily challenges” - says Renate Kremer, the president of WIREP.
Money gathered from tickets will be devoted to support the Katalyst Engineering foundation, which mission is to stimulate the imagination and build interest in engineering and hard science among the school children.
WIREP - Women in Real Estate in Poland – is the organization in which female professionals from the Polish real estate industry meet and engage themselves in a national network. The Association influences and creates future standards in the industry while taking into account and reflecting women’s values. It is a platform for trustful, efficient networking, and promoting the reconciliation of success in business and family.
