The Warsaw mixed-use project was included in the finals of the MIPIM Awards 2024 competition as the only project from Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. Elektrownia Powiśle was nominated in the "Best Urban Regeneration Project" category.
209 investments from various countries were submitted to the competition. The evaluation criteria for projects are primarily ESG ideas, such as sustainable development, integration with the environment, impact on the environment and functionality, architectural values and originality.
The results of the international competition will take place on March 14 at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes.
