Hochtief company will deliver an office-residential-commercial complex in Powiśle district in Warsaw. Copernicus Square will be built in the former Warsaw Powiśle Power Station constructed in 1904.
The renovated historic buildings of Warsaw Powiśle Power Station complemented by five new buildings will altogether offer for use about 27 000 sq m of office space, more than 8 000 sq m of retail space and almost 6 000 sq m of residential space. The complex will also provide its Tenants and residents with underground parking spaces
Project delivery is scheduled in two years’s time.
