Hochtief has just received building permit for Plac Małachowskiego project.
Plac Małachowskiego is a project representing an unique combination of history and tradition with modernity and functionality. It includes the renovation of a historic building, maintaining its current shape and restoring its original facade. At the back of the historic building will arise a modern glass office building.
The whole complex will offer approx. 12 000 sqm of modern office space for lease. Additionally at the two-level underground parking, will be located approximately 100 parking spaces, available for the tenants.
