Roma Tower will be a skyscraper located at the corner of Nowogrodzka and Emilia Plater streets, on the premises belonging to Warsaw Archdiocese. It will be 170 m high and have over 62 thousand sq. m of lease area, which will include office and service spaces, fitness center and spa. The skyscraper will also offer 245 parking places for tenants. There are also plans to build a hotel part.
Negotiations with a foreign investor are in progress.
