The architectural concept of the Roma Tower project was finalized last year. The Roma Tower will be built in the middle of Warsaw's downtown, at the intersection of Nowogrodzka and Emilii Plater Streets. The investment, apart from a great location, is distinguished by an unusual design and the highest architectural quality. The current year is a period of setting the target financing structure and adopting a strategy to improve financial flows.
An office building with a total area of approximately 63,000 sq m reaches a height of nearly 170 meters. Roma Tower will provide nearly 55,000 sq m A-class office space for rent.
