The construction of Roma Tower has been delayed. The new plans for the project indicate that construction work will start no earlier than next year. The investors of the project have decided to postpone the deadline for obtaining the building permit to mid-2025.
Roma Tower is one of the most anticipated and largest office-hotel projects in Warsaw. The investment is located right in the city center, at the intersection of Emilii Plater and Nowogrodzka streets. Roma Tower is planned to reach a height of 170 meters and will offer a total of 62,300 square meters of leasable space. The project also includes 245 parking spaces for its users.
