Plans to build a new complex in Poznan, consisting of two office buildings, have been announced. The project will be located at Rondo Rataje, in the Laciny area. The first building to be built will be 60 meters high. This height will give it a spot in Poznan's list of the ten tallest buildings. The lower, 7-story office building will be built in the second phase of the investment.
The complex is undergoing BREEAM certification. The owner also assured that the facility would meet the requirements of a "building without barriers." The start and end dates of the construction of the complex have not yet been announced.
