A new 60-meter high Industrial office building is being built in Poznan. It will have 15 floors, with two levels of parking garages underground. Office space will be more than 9,000 sqm, with a total area of nearly 19,000 sqm. A lower, 7-story building will be built nearby, forming part of the same complex. The dark graphite aluminum panel facade is designed to protect the interior from the sun. As a result, the building will use less energy for cooling.
The 13th floor is currently being constructed, and windows are already being installed on the lower floors, facing Jana Pawła II Avenue.
Construction of the Industrial office building, located near the Posnania shopping center and the Rataje traffic circle, began in May 2023 and is running on schedule. The planned project completion time is 18 months.
