Preparatory work has begun at Europejski Square in Wola for the construction of Chopin Tower – a 130-meter office tower. The site of a former food pavilion, which ceased operations in June 2026 after a decade of operation, is currently undergoing dismantling of equipment and tenant-owned elements. This is a direct result of development plans involving the demolition of the building and ground preparation for the new investment on Wronia Street.
The planned tower is set to offer nearly 40,000 square meters of office space and complete the high-rise development around Europejski Square. The developer holds all necessary permits – both for construction and demolition of the existing pavilion, and in September 2025, an environmental decision was also issued for the project. The architectural design was prepared by a specialized studio, though the developer has not yet disclosed a specific timeline for commencing actual tower construction.
The realization of Chopin Tower represents another stage in transforming this part of Wola, which in recent years has gained several significant high-rise buildings that have changed the district's landscape. The new investment is intended to fill the last major gap in development around the square. Upon project completion, Europejski Square will be almost entirely surrounded by modern office buildings, definitively concluding the urban transformation process of this area of the capital.
