The developer has sold The Bridge – a 41-story tower at Plac Europejski in Warsaw. The building stands 174 meters tall and offers over 55,000 square meters of fully leased office space. The new owner is a Swedish investor who paid 285 million euros.
The company has signed preliminary agreements with two international investors for the construction of two new towers in the capital. Both projects have complete permits and construction is scheduled to begin in 2027. These will be the 130-meter Chopin Tower at Plac Europejski and the approximately 100-meter Vibe tower on Towarowa Street – the second part of the Vibe complex.
