The construction of the second tower Skyliner II in Warsaw is nearing completion – the building has reached a height of over 105 meters, with 25 meters still to go. Work is currently underway on the distinctive four-level terraces on the west side, which will serve a variety of functions, from work to relaxation. The highest terrace on the 26th floor will be connected to a covered area for business meetings and conferences, and all terraces will be fully accessible via an elevator and external stairs.
Due to low temperatures, the installation of the façade (completed up to the 18th floor) has been suspended, but intensive finishing work is underway inside: bricklaying, installations, laying tiles, and installing elevators. A fan room, a key element of the ventilation system, is being built in the technical areas.
Skyliner II will offer over 24,000 sq m of space, mainly offices and a small retail and service area on the ground floor. A typical floor has approximately 1,100 sq m, and the building will have 10 elevators. The underground car park will accommodate 217 cars and 100 bicycles. Completion is planned for the fourth quarter of this year.
