The construction of the second tower Skyliner II is more than halfway complete. At a height of 65 meters, the 15th floor is being built at a rate of one floor every five days. The eight-meter-high architectural concrete walls and monumental pillars in the lobby have already been completed. The main lobby will connect to the Skyliner I tower on two levels, creating 4,500 sqm of retail and service space and providing a direct connection between the Warszawa Główna railway station and Rondo Daszyńskiego. At the same time, the facade is being installed on the fifth floor, while finishing works and the installation of technical systems are being carried out in the underground section and on the eight lowest floors.
Skyliner II will reach 130 meters and will have 28 floors, providing 24,000 sqm of commercial space (including 23,000 sqm of offices and 1,000 sqm of retail space). The project will also include a five-story parking garage with 217 parking spaces for cars and 100 for bicycles. Roof gardens will occupy approximately 900 sqm. The project is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026.
