A new skyscraper, Sobieski Tower, will be built near Zawiszy Square in Warsaw's Ochota district.
The concept has been modified from the original plans. Initially, the developer intended to build a 160-meter structure, but the final version approved by the December 2021 regulation provides for a slightly more modest project – 130 meters.
The usable area of the Sobieski Tower complex will be approximately 77,000 sq m. The investment will consist of four segments of different heights: 108 meters (27 floors), 116 meters (30 floors), 127 meters (32 floors), and 130 meters (34 floors).
