Warsaw with a new skyscraper

In Warsaw's Ochota district, at Zawisza Square, a new skyscraper will be built. For now it has the name Sobieski Tower, but it may still be changed. The building will be multi-part, with cascading steps. The highest segment will eventually reach a height of 130 meters, while the lowest will be about 30 meters high. The terraces will be filled with numerous greeneries to add a place of silence and fresh air to the tenants.

The shape of the building has been analysed many times to fit as well as possible into the surroundings of Zawisza Square. However, unfortunately, this does not convince some residents who write that the building is too large. Nevertheless, officials assure that the building fits into the local landscape, and the dimensions of the new development have been written into the draft development plan for the area.
