The two tenants of Platinium Business Park: Publicis and GE Healthcare extended the lease agreements. The Publicis advertising group which occupied so far 9 500 sqm of office space has extended its lease agreement for a further 7 years and decided to lease an additional 2 200 sqm of office space. GE Healtcare occupying 1 500 sqm has extended its lease agreement for next 5 years.
