The construction of 3T Office Park in Gdynia, at Kazimierza Górskiego Street, has just started. Well organized transport infrastructure and numerous amenities in the surroundings tempt potential tenants.
The total usable area will amount nearly 55,000 sqm, including 38,500 sqm of leasable space. Parking lot for 420 cars and 250 bikes will be at the tenants disposal.
The investment is fulfilling the requirements of international ecological certificate BREEAM on the 'Excellent' level. End of the construction works is planned for IIQ 2021.
