One of the biggest office projects in Gdynia, 3T Office Park, has received a formal use permit. First companies will move into the office building before the end of 2021.
3T Office Park is located at 3 Kazimierza Górskiego Street in Gdynia and consists of three towers with heights of 39 m, 50 m and 39 m, set on a common garage hall. There are 38.5 thousand sqm, 405 parking spaces for cars and 250 spaces for bicycles at tenants' disposal.
3T Office Park has received BREEAM certification at the Excellent level and the "Best Office Development Poland 2020-2021" award from the European Property Awards.
