The construction of the shell of the 3T Office Park complex in Gdynia has been completed. The project will provide almost 55 000 sqm. usable area, of which as much as 38 500 sqm. of space will be for rent.
The investment consists of three towers, including two with 10 storeys and one with 13 storeys. The buildings have already reached their maximum height - 39, 50 and 39 meters. The 3T Office Park complex also includes an underground car park with 405 parking spaces and 250 bicycle stands.
3T Office Park received the BREEAM Interim certificate at the "Excellent" level. In addition, the investment is being built in accordance with the requirements of the "Integration" Foundation - the "Object without barriers" certificate. The project is implemented in accordance with the assumed schedule and the date of putting the investment into operation is planned for mid-2021.
