C200 Office building in Gdansk has finally been modernized. At the turn of March and April this year the Euro Styl developer’s renovation will be finished. The renovation includes an interference in the road infrastructure, creating new overground parking places and a garage hall also with the space dedicated to cyclist – locker rooms, showers. 17,600 sq m office space to rent on seven overground floors represents the highest quality of design and functionality. The elegant lobby, a canteen, retail points and the vintage fitness club are created as additional facilities. The next Euro Styl company’s investment presents the complex approach towards the revitalization of postindustrial properties and an efficient use of the lucrative location. Now, arranging works of interiors and landscape architecture are on the final stage.
