C200 Office is an example of general modernization of a building that was completed in 1970s and was used for many years by the Northern Shipyard. The name of the building is not random, it follows the shipyard's tradition and reflects the nomenclature used in the past. The building comprises 7 aboveground floors with total rentable area ca. 17 500 sqm, that provides class A office premises. The garage includes car parking and cycle spaces, with cloakrooms and showers, as well as storage space of ca. 2 500 sqm with a ramp. There is also an exterior parking for over 330 parking spaces provided.
C200 Office is located in a central part of Gdańsk, on 163, Marynarki Polskiej Street, with a great access to the public transportation. Opposite to the building' main entry there is a tram stop and a bit further 'Gdańsk Politechnika' Fast City Train station is located. A transport hub is located within less than 3 km and it includes PKP (railway), Fast City Train, bus and tram stops.
