On 24th May Maraton, an office project located on Królowej Jadwigi Street in the centre of Poznań, will have its official opening. It is Skanska's second office investment in Poznań. Currently, Union Investment is the landlord of the building.
Maraton is situated in the neighbourhood of four parks, Poznań main station, the Old Town and the Old Brewery. Numerous green solutions have been applied in it, which will be attested by the LEED certificate, awarded on the gold level. A significant advantage of the investment is a patio with a fountain and green terraces on the roofs, as well as the presence of a service area on the ground level of the edifice.
The tenants have already started moving in. Soon, the whole building will be commissioned.
