In Q1 2026, net demand across key regional office markets in Poland amounted to nearly 76,500 sq.m. The overall leasing activity (incl. lease renewals) stood at approx. 121,500 sq.m.
Between January and March, five new office buildings in Gdańsk, Szczecin, Wrocław, and Kraków were delivered to the market. New completions in Q1 2026 totalled over 47,200 m², exceeding the total volume from the record-low year of 2025.
The overall vacancy rate in Q1 2026 remained stable y-o-y and stood at 17.4%.
