According to the construction plan of the Infinity office building in Wrocław, the construction of the underground consisting of three storeys was completed in mid-April 2022. Currently, works on the ground floor of the building as well as bricklaying and finishing works in the underground part are being carried out. Subsequent floors of the office building are to be built every 6 weeks. The completion of the entire investment is scheduled for the first quarter of 2023.
In Infinity office building the latest technologies will be used, including i.a. highest quality air filters. Additionally, the building will obtain BREEAM certificate on Excellent level. Infinity will provide over 18,000 sqm of A-class office space and about 1,500 sqm of retail space. Commercialization of the building is handled by JLL.
