Building description

Green Office is a modern and environment-friendly office complex with the total lease area of around 21 000 square meters, allocated in three four-storey buildings that are set on a common, underground garage. The complex was constructed in three stages, with building A of 3 300 square meters and building B of 8 000 square meters delivered in 2011 and building C of 10 000 square meters was completed in 2012. In a distance of about 4 km from the site, there is A4 motorway, the Kraków's ring road, which considerably facilitates road communication within the city itself, as well as to exit routes from Kraków towards Katowice, Warsaw, Wrocław, Rzeszów, and Kraków-Balice airport. The area features high scientific, innovative and development potential, being home to a number of research centres of the Jagiellonian University and independent business establishments. Approx. 200 m from the Green Office complex, at Bobrzyńskiego Street there are located fast tram lines stops, which facilitate travelling between the complex and the city center.
